Deposit- I ask for a £15 deposit on all grooms to secure your appointment. This is refundable if you cancel your appointment within 48 hours notice.

Cancellation fee - If a deposit has not been taken and you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

 

Matting- if your dog is matted in a large area of the body, there will be a fee of £10. This is due to the extra time taken for the grooming session, and to cover any damages to clipper blades.

 

FLEAS- If fleas are seen on your dog prior to the groom, they will unfortunately be refused. This is to prevent cross contamination. If fleas are found during the groom, an additional fee of £15 will be charged to cover the flea shampoo and clean up after the groom.

 

Vaccinated dogs- Your dog must be up to date with its yearly vaccinations to enter the salon.  This is to prevent spread of disease.
